Downtown West Palm Beach residents and workers have a new incentive to ditch their cars: WPBgo is offering $30,000 in e-bike vouchers this summer. Forty lucky applicants will win up to $1,000 off a new e-bike, plus a helmet and lock, as part of a push to cut traffic and promote green commuting.
